I had an appointment today at 8am. I get there and Linda tells me I can’t get a perm like I scheduled due to my years ago colored hair. I said ok can we do a coloring. She said I don’t have time for a coloring with my long length. I said ok what if I do a chop? She said yes and I get situated in the chair. I show her a calico reference picture and she tells me she doesn’t do anything “trendy” but I could do highlights or something. I explained how it was disappointing and unprofessional and then left. I took off work today just to have my time wasted. Currently crying in my car as I type this as I was so excited to finally treat myself and budgeted to get this done. Crazy to me how you would book someone knowing you don’t do perms on colored hair (colored years ago) and don’t do anything m

Wonderful services. They are not willing to do any services that would damage your hair. Example: trying to get a perm when you know you put a box dye on it at home.

This place was great! I needed a haircut bad after a long day of work and Linda got me in and out in about 15 minutes. I brought a picture, she cut my hair just like the picture. And she only needed to look at it once. The prices are EXCELLENT. I’m going to tell everyone I meet to go get their hair cut here it was the best experience I’ve had in a really long time.

Waited 1/2 hrs. then was told she had to cancel my appointment. Very un perfectional.
