Got a purifying facial done with Bekki and left feeling amazing. The ambiance was great and she provided a 5 star experience. She took the time to explain the full list of options available and we decided on one that works best for me. I will recommend and will be returning.

I am some what of a regular at Touch and this was by far my WORST experience ever in nail history!!! I was so proud to be a customer that i recommended numerous friends to get their nails done at touch. Arthur was my tech, which was a first for me but i was open to the experience. I showed him my inspo very early into the session however wasn’t too confident that i would get what i asked for. The application and filing was great but when time came for the design the trouble began. He did the french as the design however when asked to put the gel lines smaller/ thinner he proceeded to do what he was doing without any change After seeing the outcome of my nails i asked if he could remove the gel lines because they did not look like the picture. This is probably one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had in months. I came in to get an acrylic set done, i called beforehand and they told me it starts at $56. I showed my tech, Cindy, the set i wanted (pretty intricate) and she said she could do it and it would be $110, which i was fine with because it was a detailed set. As she started doing the nails, it was clear she did not know what she was doing and other techs kept coming over, which was concerning to say the least. She then told me i couldn’t do both of the colors on the set or it would be an additional charge? Which made no sense because she already gave me a price. I would not recommend anyone come here to do their nails with Chris. This was my first and last time coming to this salon. I made an appointment for 1pm and got to my appt about 15 mins early. I say this to emphasize it wasn't that I was late for Christ to rush through my service. So, the many things that went wrong are the following: Chris rushed through my appointment, so much so, that he cut me so many times. It's now 2 weeks later and my nails still hurt and are completely damaged. He used dull tools and was pulling my cuticles instead of cutting them, he wasn't paying attention when doing my nails that the drill cut the side of my nail deep and I was continuously bleeding, a couple of times. He also filed my nails down so much that now my nail bed is thin and cracked and I am scared t
