Touch & Glow Skin Clinic

I went yesterday and had an Intraceutical Oxygen facial for the first time and it was my first time visiting the clinic. The salon was very clean and Rebecca did a great job explaining the benefits of the facial that I was receiving and she was very professional and educated me in skincare, which was very helpful. I also had mentioned to her that I was having a hard time with very chapped lips this winter and she recommended Aquaphor which I was not familiar with but after the appointment I stopped at a pharmacy and picked 2 containers of it up and my lips are not peeling anymore and are so soft. So, thank you Rebecca for that beauty tip! ☺️ It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely go back and would recommend her and her services.

I usually don’t post negative reviews, but I’m feeling deflated. I was looking forward to treating myself to a facial after a really difficult week. I purchased the Groupon and booked my appointment about five days out. Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I received a text message stating that my Groupon would not be honored because it was for new customers only I was very much confused because I have never gotten a facial here. I looked back at my Groupon history and three years ago I had my brows done at touch and glow. I double checked the Groupon for the facial and nowhere Does it say that it’s only for new customers and in fact, it says you can re-purchase the Groupon every 90 days.. I have been a customer here for 3 years now. I found her originally by using a new customer Groupon for brazilian waxes and quickly fell in love with her quality of work!! I then was blessed to experience her amazing facials that I get monthly.

I had a great experience today with Rebecca at Touch and Glow skin clinic. I booked Dermaplanning with Prime Glow Facial service and it was amazing, very relaxing. Rebecca is nice and provides information about such skin treatments, as well as the clinic is clean and hygienic. Would definitely go again for facials and dermaplanning.
