Touch & Glow Nails Spa

I’m from Dallas, Texas, and I’ve had a hard time finding a great nail salon here. I tried several nail salons in the Birmingham area, and Touch and Glow Nails Spa is by far the best! I’ve been going to Touch and Glow Nails Spa since September 2025, and I absolutely love my nails every time I get them done! Andy is wonderful and always gets me in and out!

I visit my in laws once a year but this was the first time I had some down time to explore the local Hoover area. I decided it was time for a “me” day, and was able to stroll in at 1030AM to get a manicure and pedicure. It also seemed easy to book online too when I visited the website. When I walked in, I was greeted and asked for what I needed, then immediately assigned to get my pedicure done. The gal offered me a complimentary drink, and I chose the mimosa. In fact, you can have 2 drinks per service, so of course, I got that second mimosa Haha The massage chair worked well and the gal doing my pedicure was friendly and did my color very nicely. I was excited to try this place but Won’t be back. Don’t $160 for gel pedi and acrylic fill but My nail provider never spoke to me, never asked what I wanted, just started filing. 0% customer service I wanted my nails cut to short length from medium, never asked. When I told him I needed them shorter he was irritated and said he’d file them, I didn’t think that was the best idea bc I needed a lot of length off. He continued to file which took forever and was uncomfortable. And they still weren’t short enough, when I asked for shorter he kept looking irritated so I just left them alone I had a nail I needed repaired and asked to soak it off 4 times and he continued to rip the nail of using a false nail, after saying “okay okay soak off” I Paid for extra massaging, didn’t get the full ser

These folks are wonderful! I've gotten my nails done here for two years or more and they've always done a fantastic job. The prices are reasonable and the work is superior. Andy is an artist. He said he loves what he does and it shows! Today, I told him to surprise me with some Halloween nails and he did not disappoint. I do not take great videos but I included a short video because I swear this is fingernail sorcery. Three different polish colors were used and a magnet. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Halloween nails, Andy! First time visiting and loved the service! Everyone was nice and it was a pretty good price. I got a gel pedicure and it was $55. My favorite part was the massages during my visit. Also they get bonus points for using sterile nail tools. I love knowing the tools that were used for my service was sterile and safe!
