Touch Aveda Salon & Spa

My visit to Touch/Aveda Salon centered on selecting and purchasing beauty care products as a Christmas gift set for my wife who is a regular Touch/Aveda Salon patron. Ready to assist me was Megan, Mimi and Jennifer. These three wonderful ladies were quite professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in providing customer assistance. They were excellent in suggesting the right beauty care products to meet my wife’s specific interests. They helped me put together the perfect beauty care package for my wife this Christmas, especially by carefully situating the selected items in a decorative gift box with holiday ribbon. Prior to going to Touch, I hadn't cut my hair in years. I was visiting my mom in Tampa and decided to stop-in. They made availability for me easily and were so welcoming when I arrived. I went in for a haircut with Kayla and a coloring with Ivy. Both women were exceptional. They made me feel comfortable and confident. I loved every moment of my experience here and I cannot wait to come back. My haircut and coloring was exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much! ❤️

I LOVE this salon. The atmosphere and the staff are amazing! I went in yesterday to have my regrow then touched up.. it usually takes several hours, most of that with bleach on my head because my roots are VERY difficult to lift. But the process only took about 30 minutes and my hair is SO soft. Normally it feels crunchy until I do a deep conditioning treatment but it feels good as new! I told my stylist, Lisa that I’ve been wanting to try a smokey lavender color and she made the exact color I wanted. This color wasn’t even in the book of color options and she made the color by hand! I was SO SO impressed! Needless to say, I’ll be a return customer. Thank you Lisa! I’m in LOVE with my hair!

This salon burnt my hair and left me permanently bold. During the procedure I told them my head was burning and she only gave me a towel to wipe it myself... 2 years later the hair never grew back and the salon refused to do anything to help resolve it... I've spent over 10k in trying to get hair to grow back! The last photo was a month later at another salon. 2 years later, both sides are still bold... I'm only happy they didn't bleach my whole head and only the money spot!

Great experience with Jennifer. She’s so knowledgeable and FAST! The reverse balayage came out great!! Friendly staff and really good price too!
