My first experience there was great. In & out in 3 hours for small knotless($250). I went again & got small boho (brung my own hair) they did take 7 hours this time ($250) but i still liked my hair. its been 3 weeks & i decided to get a touch-up i took out the first 4 rows of my head & had the worst experience in there. Not only was the price not worth it(she told me $150 at first then raised it after they were done) it took them 7 hours!!! i was livid this shouldnt even have took more than 2 hours & the woman they had working on my head was pregnant & took a break to eat. nothing against her ,i get it but no one jumped in & helped until the last hour of me being there. Fatu!!!! I appreciate you! Today started out very bad when I got to the shop. A lot of miscommunication. I was so upset n the disgust, unfortunately, showed on my face. After awhile, Fatu called me to her chair n asked me what style I wanted. Noone could do the exact style I wanted so I picked something else. I sat there, still upset, but she was smiling, talking to me n just radiated a calmness n peaceful aura. I couldnt help but get out of my funk... by the time she had finished my hair, it was exactly what I originally wanted! Shes the absolute best! Merci beaucoup!!!

This is HANDS. DOWN. My favorite & ONLY braiding shop that I’m spending time & money at these days. I’ll tell you why: 1. The shop is clean & comfortable. It’s huge inside, organized, smells good, bathroom is clean, well kept & it seems the owner just really takes pride in the space. 2. Hair is included in all styles. All colors. Hello 613 😍 (although, you do have to bring your own curly hair for boho, no biggie) 3. QUALITY of braids is unmatched. Unsure the other reviewer’s experiences — but I’ve been twice now & both times BLOWN AWAY by the entire process, start to finished product. 4. My daughter n law and I went on Monday 10/13 @ 8:30am. There were 3 people ahead of us. Someone kept telling us that more hairstyles are arriving. We waited 2 hrs before we sat in a chair. The salon is big. Set up nice. Hairstyles are friendly and takes their time.Needs a price list posted because some customers were confused about prices for similar styles. They takes only CASH, even though on their website it states that they take "credit/ debit card."

Lady told my daughter $200 over the phone! Drove an hour there! Get there the lady says $350! My 17 year old call her mom to speak to the lady about the price hike! The woman says.....tell your mother I don't speak English! Minded! This is the same woman who told us in the beginning that no one told my daughter $200 any size braids! VERY rude! VERY unprofessional! NEVER AGAIN!!!
