Totally Tip Nail Spa

I’ve come here since I was in high school. Manicures have always been great. Today not sure what happened but every bit of the experience was horrible. Pushed my cuticles way too far back, cutting me multiple times, and then proceeded to give me the sloppiest manicure I’ve ever had. I could’ve done this at home for free and it would’ve looked better. Not to mention they’re literally using RUSTY TOOLS. Rusty nail clippers rusty cuticle cutters, it’s disgusting, I don’t even know why I still paid, I didn’t want to deal with any conflict since I was already given nasty attitude when I asked if they could redo the coat of paint because it was sloppy. They proceeded to just be MORE sloppy it felt as if they were spiting me. There’s no way you can look at this and think this is an ok manicure to

This is probably one of the worst places I’ve been to and one of the worst manicures I have had in my life. The place is dirty, the workers are a bit rude, a guy which I’m assuming might be the owner literally burped very loud and didn’t even say excuse me. Overall just a horrible experience. A $25 manicure (I had gel on) that I think my 9 year old niece would have done a better job painting my nails. The lady cut my finger with the filer, the shape of my nails are all weird looking. AVOID this place.

Julie is amazing ! Just walked out with a full set of beautiful French Tips. She took her time understood I didn’t want it thick but nice natural shape. She went back and forth nail per nail making sure it was perfect ! Couldn’t have been more happier

So I came in to have one nail fixed because it broke not their fault but that’s not the issue. So the guy in the pictures below politely filed away the gel nail polish, I asked him if they do nex Gen Dip . Due to the language barrier he did not understand, I asked him 4 x then he finally said yes we do, on natural nails. I asked if he could add a tip to make the nail longer and use the Dip Solution instead of Acrylic he said yes . After the Gel was off of my finger nail , I asked him to see the colors for the dip . He said we don’t do dip on tips . I asked him if I could speak with someone else that understands English better and he got offended and told me the store was closed . I asked the guy next to him if he understood English good and the guy in the pic doing my nails said something

The first experience was okay. The second time going was feb 9th it was awful first I asked the lady to do exactly what I had but with red tip. The lady did not follow and put pink and red. It hasn’t hit 2 weeks and my nail polish is already chipping a week after I walked in and told some other lady and she had an attitude corrected me and told me I was wrong and how the bubbles I see isn’t there and that I should come back when the owner is here. I decided to write my experience and never go back. Find another nail salon if you think of going here.
