Totally Tan & Spa - Eagan

Please be very mindful when they run your card. I was charged twice because they weren't sure it went through. They assured me if it was duplicated, the second run through would be credit back right away. After 20 days, I called corporate who was not able to assist at first but when they looked into it they said yes-it was never refunded and "they will look into refunding". Just checking out originally was painful. I should have refused them running my card again. Don't make my mistake.

I am so grateful for the incredible kindness I encountered at the Totally Tan & Spa in Eagan. The team is empathetic, professional, and so positive! I had a great first experience! Abby and Stephanie were very helpful getting me signed up for free tanning for a year with the purchase of a lotion!!!! Great deal!!! The establishment is very clean and they offer a wide variety of services. I did tanning and the halo today. Looking forward to trying out all the other services! Love totally tan. Everyone is so nice & welcoming. I got the whole package. Bad part is I love the location, close to home. But there are 2 wellness equipment that Eagan doesn't have that Woodbury does. If we are all paying the same I would love the whole package that Im paying for. I don't want to drive all the way to Woodbury. I really want to do the cryotherapy and one other one. I get migraines & want to see if it helps. The red light therapy are working well with my other medical problems. Just that part really bothers me. I am paying the same amount, but not able to get all the services, unless I drive to Woodbury & traffic is awful. Any suggestions? Your place has made a great difference in my life. I tell everyone to go there.

I and my husband were long time celebrity membership customers and fans but when I got pregnant with my daughter I put my account on a freeze for some time. The freeze was a monthly fee for my account to stay active and that fee builds in an account for you to use when you activate it again. I didn’t mind that it was building up because I knew I would use it when I returned back. When I called to activate I discovered that my card they had on file expired and they closed my account. This all happened just a few months before. The whole time they charged me during months (year or more) long freeze and stated in order to go back I would have to pay the months before they closed it plus I lost the months(year) of savings I had through them.
