Totally Tan & Spa - Andover

Get the red light!!! I joined in January (it’s now August). This place has been my self care indulgence with the massage chair, SST or Spectrum 7 (both with red light!), and a little tanning too. I’m 46, and now when people find out they don’t believe me and ask what I’m doing for skin care. Do I get Botox? NO! And it’s not in that polite “oh we were talking about age so I’m going to be polite,” they come back to me later, after the topic is well and passed to ask my secret and it is 100% the red light therapy! My skin has never looked better! I do drink my water to stay hydrated. But all I’m using is Cetaphil cleansers and face creams from the pharmacy, nothing fancy or expensive. If you’re debating the upgrade I’d say, “Go for it!” And to top it off the staff are all lovely and knowledg

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment and products. Everyone seems to keep busy and keep the place clean. I have tanned at other studios in the past and would have to say that I have been very happy with this business. Definitely would recommend! Tuesday August 7th 2025.... Love the staff and I love tanning here. Great beds, great staff! The only thing I can say is I miss the staff when they move on! They knew everything I liked. But the new staff are quick to learn! Since when is level 4 beds 10 minutes from 12 ? For almost 100 dollars a month your going to lose customers. Stop it, we Don't like to go every day, leave times alone, if I'm gonna slather on 80 dollar lotion give me my time

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. My mom came in and was told she was paying only for a year membership but they went on to charge her for 3 plus years afterwards. They took a advantage of a women who doesn't speak English well. And she asked for only tanning but they signed her up for some complete package which charged her $70+ a month for 3 years. When we contacted them, they basically said "oh well" these people took advantage of my mom knowing she has a hard time understanding and speaking English. Pathetic

Your personal touches, getting to know your customers as people not just a number or dollar figure and the care you show is amazing. Your no pressure attitude makes it a fabulous place to come relax and unwind after a stressful day! You ladies are the best!
