I came yesterday saturday to do my nails. I didn't like them, she put the acrylic on my skin, and some were fatter than others. If i tried fixing it on my own, then it would break off, so I came today sunday to fix them. They are not worth 50 bucks! She tried fixing it but still didn't like the results. I asked for her 30 dollars back as you could see the pics one is wide than the other, and my nails are not that fat. She filed it more, and now you could see my nail. She wouldn't be understanding. AND WORDT OF ALL THE OWNER IS THE ONE THAT DID MY NAILS. She was trying to take a picture of me and my nails. She was just wrong. She kept shutting me up. Worst customer service. The worst nail experience ever! I don’t recommend going there ! Accrylic all built up on my skin and when she tried to remove it I got cut several times ! It’s caked up in corners , my nails are uneven and different shapes ! it looks like a beginner nail tech practiced on my hands ! I paid full price and when I told her my dislikes and if she could fix it she became angry and wanted me to pay for the service before it was complete when I refused and said I would pay when the service is over she became upset and rude . This took her too long to do I was there for 3 hours and left so unhappy . They didn’t try to resolve the issue . Poor customer service ! Honestly this place is horrible I walk in and it looks like they didn’t even want to help me on top of that so UNSANITARY. The guy who took my acrylics off was reusing old nail files I should of took a picture to show proof not only that his whole station was dirty. I had a simple service done just acrylic soak off and a simple manicure no color but he wanted to rush the whole thing like if there was other customers in the store literally just me in there. He cut me twice didn’t bother to say sorry!!??? I’m a person to stay quiet In person and this is what I get but overall guys don’t come here save your money. Overcharging for a soak off too like what the heck!!! I’m definitely calling state board after this I don’t care this isn’t fair to anyone! Also look how uneven my nails were
