I had a great experience at Total Look Salon! I was recommended to check them out for hair coloring as I’ve been looking to take my previously very highlighted blonde hair back toward a natural brunette color. Elise did my color and a soft blow dry, and I am so happy with it. She achieved just the look I wanted, and my hair feels incredibly soft and healthy. She did it all with demi permanent color, avoiding ammonia, as I am pregnant and wanted to use the healthiest option. The salon itself is really nice and very welcoming. I’m looking forward to going back for my next appointment!

I had an amazing experience with Senka at Total Look Spa Salon in Southport. She did such a phenomenal job with my hair that I truly felt like a model when I walked out of the salon! I have been going to Total Look for nearly 20 years. During Covid I just let my hair grow rather than have anybody but Tammy do anything to it. My haircut two days ago (and every 6 weeks) has given me a kind of face lift. The staff and receptionists and the owner and all the other hair and service people are so friendly. It's like going to Cheers, where every knows your name. I went to an opening reception last night at an art gallery and received numerous compliments on my new short haircut. They also sell Farm House Fresh skin products where if you buy three items you get 25% off. Great products and deal. Ellen Naftalin

Rita has been cutting my hair for years- adding highlights as needed. Rita is a MASTER at BOTH!! And..it is ENJOYABLE to sit in her chair! When I call Total Look Salon and Laura answers the phone- she “makes my day” with her cheerful voice and upbeat attitude. LAURA always tried to accommodate my needs- she is terrific!
