Total image salon

I had an appointment at 10am to do highlights for my baby shower today I confirmed that time many times while scheduling my appointment I was even on the phone with my mom when I scheduled it. Day of she claims that I was supposed to be there at 9:30am if it was changed why not call me to inform me. She then proceeded to say she already scheduled many customers during that time in 30 minutes while they still haven’t even opened up the salon. Worst experience ever would not recommend!

I have been going here for the last 3 years and she always delivers what I ask, whether it be a new haircut or new color. Very knowledgeable with good pricing. Se las recomiendo!!

She's a Excellent stylist. Olive the way she cuts my hair. She's very Skilled. She's also very nice!

The owner is a very nice person, as well as the workers. They do a very good job.
