Pretty standard prices with today's economy, and the owner/my choice of artist has grest attention to detail, keeps you engaged without feeling forced, and availability is not bad at all. Her daughter is equally skilled. 9/10 recommende, with the one point off being over $20 for standard fades. Military discount is applicable and helpful. I had remembered a first responder discount as well, however, I admittedlynhsd not beennthere in a few months due to paramedic school and the FD scheduling, so I'd been getting it cut but cosmetology students for convenience. Tl:dr - expert skill with prices to match(around 20 with military plus good tip, 23 or so with Fire/LEO/EMS , with people who care about you more than just a customer.

It's been hard finding a good reliable place for my haircuts and beard trims since moving to Havelock, but Total E-Clips is absolutely wonderful. The prices.are great, and Tina (the owner) always does a wonderful job on my hair and beard, I've never gotten up from her chair disappointed. And the neck/shoulder massages that are included are like a weekly spa treatment lol. Definitely come see Tina if you're between barbers/hairdressers, you wont be disappointed!

I’d honestly give them more stars if I could, this is hands down the best barbershop in craven county. They’re always the nicest people and willing to do whatever they can to make sure you get what you want and do it perfectly every time. 12/10 would recommend them for anyone on or off base for your haircuts. Also one of the most affordable shops as well!

After several bad haircuts elsewhere, I finally found my go-to spot. Katie is a sweetheart and gave me an amazing cut and style. So happy I found this place!

Went here twice, customer service was nice, but both times they wet my hair then cut it and it was wayyyy to short and there’s literally nothing I can do about it because it’s short 🤦🏻‍♂️
