I came at 11am when it said they opened owner didn’t get there until a few minutes after I waited until he turned the open sign on. Walk inside I’m looking around trying to find some hair extensions and the gentleman comes up and tells me I have to leave because he has to lock the door for a second to pick up the parking lot. Very unprofessional I will not be coming back.

The customer service is horrible. This lady followed me around the whole store thinking I stole lip gloss. But my sister saw me put it up. She threatened to call the police if I didn't put it up (I did) and was taking pictures of my license plate saying black people makes her nervous.

Don't go there if you're looking for hair color. They do have a big selection of hair care products though. Spent $19 buying those things ,its cheaper if I go to sallys.

The lady in there was really racist and she kicked me and my family out because she thought we stole from here but we didn’t and she threatened to call the police on us because she lied about us stealing and saying she’s nervous about black people in her store

This is my go to hair store. I live all the way in Sulphur Springs and drive all the way to their store just to get some hair. I love the prices. The staff are nice and friendly and will help u if u need anything. Best hair store I have ever been too! I LOVE IT! U guys need to check them out! U won't be disappointed. They have EVERYTHING! 🤠
