So i brought jewelry i dont care how much it was it was more than I normally pay it was literally days ago you said show you proof of transaction i did now its oh its been some time I just started wearing it shouldn't of turned black at all in 3 days I don't like the customer support there at gotta stop supporting cause they dont care or support us won't return ever again lost a customer

This Beaty supply is absolutely amazing! They are fully stocked and had everything I needed. The staff were all so helpful and very nice. They have a different variety of hair, bundles, gels, shampoos and conditioners, makeup, etc. I absolutely recommend this beauty supply store!!

I type this with a lot of disbelief, I’ve spent so much money in this store and assumed I had a good relationship with the employees but I was wrong. Today the manager sent my cousin out while speaking to a full fledged police officer just being cordial. Saying his mother was watching the cameras and stated that they be removed from the store. As my hands full of merchandise I’m preparing to purchase I was wondering what was the reason and it was said she felt that they are intoxicated! Like she on the camera being judgmental about a black individual who was in a conversation with a policeman not doing anyone wrong at all. During my inquiry he told me I don’t have to spend my money there with an aggressive attitude. So I put all my merchandise down and left the store with nothing. As I wal

I was in this store and purchased hair for my braids as I was checked out and walked towards the door machine and the alarm went the guy that was there ask me to come bk to check my bag n the wand didn't go off and then without asking he just checked my pocket book which was very rude and ignorant N I was there out of town and I own my own business my first experience there trying to support a hair store in Philadelphia I felt very disrespected
