TopLine Nails

First off, my visit ended up being incredibly long – I was there for about five hours! That was a huge chunk of my day and honestly threw a wrench in my plans. I was really looking forward to a relaxing pampering session, but it felt more like an unexpected endurance test. Then, when my nails were finally done, they weren't quite what I was hoping for. They came out looking pretty bumpy and uneven, which was a real bummer. I always count on you guys for that super smooth, polished finish, so seeing them like that was pretty disappointing, especially after such a long wait. Beyond that, the whole vibe during my visit felt a little off. It wasn't as welcoming as I remember, and a couple of things made me feel a bit uncomfortable. My nails were not cleaned before the acrylic was applied, and I was told it would be an up charge AFTER the service just to clean them, not included with putting nails on? I asked for gel but was given acrylic instead, and the finish was messy with bubbles and uneven shaping. The acrylic didn't even reach the end of my nail beds, so they looked grown out immediately. When I was in pain under the LED light and tried to move my hand, he kept pushing it back in. The environment was uncomfortable--no music or TV, and one employee was watching a show on her phone out loud while eating at her station. These photos are immediately when I left and went to work. I absoulty love this place! Everyone is so friendly. I had my first ever pedicure here and it was fantastic. My feet have never looked so good. Kim has done my nails twice now and she's quick and does an amazing job. Each time she did exactly what I wanted. I've had no issues with lifting or cracking of my nails. I'm highly impressed considering I'm a dog trainer and puppies are chewing on my fingers 5 days a week. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nail salon.

I brought my friend to Top Line Nails near Pantano & Broadway at the last minute, and we were so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and instantly felt at home. My friend is from China and speaks limited English, but that didn’t stop the team from giving her outstanding service. The nail technician went out of their way to make sure she understood the different materials and colors available, helping translate so she could get exactly what she wanted. Her nails turned out absolutely perfect! It’s clear this salon has been well established for over 10 years, and it shows in the professionalism and care they give their clients.
