Updated: Still amazing and super great service!! It was my first time here and I didn’t know what to expect, but the service was above and beyond! I got a Gel X manicure and an eyebrow waxing, the ladies did such an amazing job. Candy took my reference picture for my manicure and brought it to life!! I’m so happy with how they turned out. Brandy did a fantastic job with my eyebrows and took her time with them. I will definitely be coming back!!

Update: the owner reached out and has refunded my service. As well as apologized for the experience. I booked an appointment for gel nails and gel pedicure with callus treatment and a longer foot massage. I left with a gel manicure and a regular polish pedicure. The gel manicure is messy and so thick the nails don’t even look like they have a shape. The gel is pooled to one side and the tips. The pedicure had no massage at all and just a severe exfoliation with sugar scrub to my shins. The pedicure is a mess with polish everywhere and my toe nails are all different lengths. The location is small and packed. It’s dirty. The staff spend the entire time talking amongst each other in their native language. I had an amazing experience at Topcoat Nail Spa! Michael did a stunning job on my nails—I got a red, glitter cat-eye set just in time for the holidays, and they turned out absolutely gorgeous. The festive sparkles and the flawless cat-eye effect are perfect for the season. Michael was meticulous with every detail and made sure the shape was perfect. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and relaxing, which made the entire experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Michael if you’re looking for a skilled and creative nail artist!

My nails are ruined. Even though I made an appointment, I had to sit and wait 45mins before someone started on me. My nails were then ruined with poor gel application - they are so flat with no curve and the nail shape was ruined. I came in with long almond and left with what I an only describe as skinny claws. Despite me voicing my concern she kept filling, I continued to explain to her this was not almond shape but it was too late and my nails were simply ruined. The owner came owner and agreed they looked horrible and wanted to fix them saying she could reapply the tips and started again.I explained they were my nails, not tops, that I had been here for 2hrs and couldn’t stay any longer. Someone came over and started massaging me and she started putting more gel on to make my nails thic
