The massage was good but when I showed up on time the owner didn’t know I had an appointment so they made me wait 30 minutes until someone was free. I booked through ClassPass. The place is small and very bare bones mom and pop shop. You can hear other massages happening during your massage because it’s just sheets separating each room. Sometimes the therapists talk to each other towards the end of the massage probably to check on how much longer they have so they can schedule more walks ins. Overall it’s very good quality for the price. Just don’t expect anything too fancy or upscale. The employees don’t speak English well, but do know basic words like harder or lighter for pressure.

They need to work on their reservations system. I booked online through the website, got a confirmation and reminders but when I arrived there was no reservation. I showed them our confirmation emails but they were not interested in looking at them and figuring out what happened. Just kept showing me their blank screen like it was our mistake.

They do a great job. Very clean and good looking. It is hot when your in the table. And they do seem as if they have a lot of experience. I did feel like mine was rushed. But I soon realized that I was so relaxed that I fell asleep for 10 minutes. It’s $55 for one hour which I always get to make sure they hit everything. And I left a $10 tip brining me to $65 in total. If you come bring cash this way you don’t have to pay extra on tax. I will definitely come back next week.

Very disappointed with my experience. The massage itself was actually quite nice, besides not being flipped to my back at all (my head started to hurt after an hour laying face down). However, it was hard to enjoy the actual massage. My massage therapist kept having conversations through the wall with the therapist in the next room. His phone kept buzzing on the table and the therapist next door had her phone sound on. It was not relaxing at all. To top it all off, my therapist kept sneezing and sniffling, nonstop. I'm now terrified I'm going to be sick. Lastly, I noticed after my massage, while waiting for the restroom, they didn't replace my sheet or towels, they refolded it for the next guess. GROSS! I use to go to the smith street location all the time but now it’s closed. I tried this location yesterday and was just as pleased. This owner owns a couple apparently and they’re all very good. I love Chinese style massage as I love good pressure as I work out a lot and have so many knots. This one male masseuse Leo is a pro and seriously talented. I love them!
