My experience at Top Tier Hair Boutique was amazing! I love my install and let’s talk about the HAIR!! Omg this is literally the best hair I’ve ever purchased! She preps your hair then she slays your hair. She listens to your requests and then she executes it flawlessly. Erica's does hair with her heart. The hair she provides is premium grade hair and the service is extremely top notch. She is extremely knowledgeable on all kinds of hair and definitely knows how to handle and slay natural hair too. I am natural and I have a ton of hair and she handled my hair with excellence. She moves fast and still has your hair coming out better than a celebrities hair. Erica is super professional, prompt, and a real life speedy Gonzalez (no seriously). I’ve been conditioned to go to a shop, be on time, sit and wait for my hair to be started on and be in the shop for several hours. Well, that stopped with Erica. I was beyond shocked to walk in and go right to her chair. Not only that I wasn’t in the chair long for a full install! I couldn’t believe how fast she was and how amazing my hair looked!!! Always a luxurious experience from the second you walk in. Hair is provided on hand so you don’t have to worry about purchasing hair. Speaking of the hair, I’ve reused my bundles 5 times and no shedding or tangling. My installs are always flat, easy to maintain, & the retention is everything. I’m three months in from my last install & my hair still looks good.
