I contacted Top Q nails before I made this review to try to reach some kind of resolution but nobody ever responded. The lack of customer service is enough to deter me from here forever. My daughter came in the other day with her hard earned baby sitting money she has been saving to get her nails done for the 1st day of school. She had an inspiration picture which they said they could do but they obviously couldn’t. I think the nail tech we got was new because there was someone constantly checking in on her. What we got in the end did not match the price my daughter paid of $80 and wasn’t what they said they could do. My daughter left pretty upset because that’s a lot of money for a child to not get something they envisioned. I contacted Top Q to see if they could make it right through the

It is not even a week almost all the dip powder in the corner came off. I asked the stylist to shape my nails couple of times but she skipped it for my other hand which I asked her to repeat it. She rushed the whole process and didn’t bother about shaping. I asked for square but she filed the square oval but I wouldn’t call that because it is uneven in all fingers. They are very expensive but poor quality and customer service. My husband has bad experience on the same day as well. I got natural dip powder and it keeps chipping off every day and it is very disappointing and it doesn’t even feel like a salon quality nails. Even some peel off nails won’t be this bad. She couldn’t wait for my polish to dry she applied lotion only in my palm and rubbed it. I paid $55 plus tip for this nails whi

Walk in and Sandy greeted me first thing. Asked what service I was interested in and to pick a color! She did my manicure fast and efficiently! I will be back at this location for more services!! Highly recommend! More walk ins entered as I was there and seems pleased with their results as well!

Never in my life have I walked into a nail salon and had them replicate what I showed them in a picture until I walked into this amazing spa!! My daughter and I had a fantastic time! Sandy got my ingrown toenails out with minimal pain, she did a FANTASTIC job on my nails! She massaged me and even stayed half an hour after close on Mother’s Day to finish my nails! I was going to do the design but I’m so in love it doesn’t even matter 😂😂

Place is awful. Had a reservation at 12:45pm and was still sitting there at 1:25pm so I walked out. Do NOT recommend. All I wanted was a gel Manicure
