Top Polish Nails

Would not ever go here again! Walked in for a fill in and NO ONE said Hello or asked what I needed or made any acknowledgment to me… they had only two customers on a Saturday in the store. One sitting down being serviced and another picking out a color. An older Asian lady sitting toward the front didn’t even look at me she just spoke her language and some man popped his head from the back.. stared at me .. said NOTHING and sat down.. another man from the back said something to the woman picking a color saying “hello (her name)” .. after not being acknowledged for 5 minutes.. I GRACEFULLY left! I pay GOOD $ and refuse to give these people Nothing!! I drove a few minutes away to another nail salon and was greeted IMMEDIATELY and Serviced IMMEDIATELY with 10 or more customers inside and MUCH

This was my 2nd visit to this nail salon, and I must say these ladies do an amazing job. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with the services you receive. The salon is very clean and organized. I love the attention to detail that they provide while attending to your nails. I will definitely be returning to this salon. You should stop by for the latest trend or stylish nails. These ladies here will make sure you leave happy, and looking fabulous. I wanted to update went back for a 3rd visit level of service has not changed still a group of amazing people that make sure you are provided excellent service. I will be back 7/9/21. Updated

Been here twice for my first manicure and acrylic nails, then a pedicure and adjusting the nail length. Both visits were great and both nail techs I saw were very kind and patient. Cindy in particular was super informative and did an amazing job helping me adjust my nail size and shape. Now I got some sick claws 😊

Meant to write this review months ago, but I needed a last minute fill-in for a trip I had coming up and this nail salon was close to my job. I believe the woman who did my nails was Naomi. She was extremely kind and patience as she did my nails! The customer service was great! They were a bit understaffed so the wait was longer than expected, however, I am always happy to support a family-owned business! Everyone seemed extremely friendly and looked more than happy to help me past their closing time. 10/10 would recommend!

Wouldn't return. Extra fees. Got upgraded pedi ($60) and was charged extra $5 without being told for polish removal. They also left dirt/residue under nails of many toes which I had to awkwardly ask to remove.
