I had the greatest experience at TOP NOTCH.I am 68 years old and went yesterday. Colleen did my hair cut and Bella washed my hair. Oh what a wonderful head message. Colleen did highlights and shag cut. All I can say is I Hope they never close. I am a forever their client. Already scheduled next appt I am looking forward to going back to shop. They have the most unique clothes,bags ,teas and care products. They have so much. You need to stop by an see for yourself. I give them 10 stars. Wonderful time,job,experience. I Am thrilled!! Colleen has been my stylists for over 20 years. She always gives an honest opinion on what would work with my hair and color. Her product line is amazing. Bella has been giving me facials which are the best facials I’ve ever had.
