Top Notch Barbershop and Beauty Studio

Would leave zero stars if I could. The barber didn’t know what clipper sizes were, and when I told him what I wanted, he ignored me and just shaved my head and charged me $40 for it. Not going back and would not recommend to anyone unless you want to look like a marine who let his hair grow out for a week.

First time going there and I was super impressed. Had to wait for a little while as they were busy, but definitely worth the wait. Roderick was on point as I knew by his details during the cut that I was going to be pleased. Everyone inside was very nice and the shop was clean. Very ingenious idea of using tool lockers for their equipment. I would definitely go again!

On 032825 I book a appointment with Malikah sisterlyloveloc suite D for loc removal possibly or regular loc maintenance. I paid a deposit same day of $20. On 033025 I show up for my appt, we talk before the appt start that I was going to get loc maintenance with front row interlock and back palm twist. While getting my hair wash she ask me how much do I usually pay the person that does my hair I said $185. After the shampoo and dryer she does my hair. She basically did twist and only 2 locs were interlock. Her website said loc twist and style for 95 plus. My locs stop at my shoulders, she charge me $170 for this service. I get my haircut here because it is a nice family environment. Low wait times with good barbers. You can get everything hair done here braids, dreds, stylist, or just a good cut. The shop has two sides one for men and women which is awesome because i can take the whole family for walk in or on appointment. The stylist for the women are more appointment based due to the fact that it takes longer for those services.

My fiancé has been having a hard time, finding someone who is able to cut his beard. I had good faith in top-notch after viewing the photos. but when he came outside from getting his haircut, I seen that I had been catfished!! I could’ve done a better job at home with no training then whoever cut his beard he was equally dissatisfied and once he got home, he shaved off his entire beard after having to pay $20 for a gap up haircut that made him feel worse than before he walked in not to mention that he had been visibly cut by the barber in multiple places, which is extremely unprofessional and dangerous and unsanitary
