Top Nails

First review, and I’m only writing this so others know to stay away from this salon. I’ve been here a couple times before and the work was just okay, I thought I’d give it another try. Again results were just okay. The older lady (not one of the owners) I had though was awful. She didn’t ask me at all what shape I wanted just kept filing and told me to go wash my hands. I said that this isn’t actually the shaping I like. She got very upset and told me “this is what you walked in with why didn’t you tell me instead of just sitting there.” I let her know every nail salon I go to and every nail tech I’ve ever had, always asks what shape I want and if I like the shape when they’re finished. She kept going, saying the same thing. “Well what do you want then? Tell me what you want.” All hot and

Took my daughter who is 2.5 here with me last week to get her first manicure and pedicure for our vacation later that day. We got there 30 minutes before they opened thank goodness because by the time they opened there were 4 other people already in line. We went in and “Laura” I believe was the name on the tip jar called us back, she took such incredible care to us, she was so patient and wonderful to Cecilia, I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience, I don’t ever treat myself to getting my nails done except for vacation but I’m telling you right now it might be a new thing Cecilia and I do together, go see Laura and get our nails done, I can’t say enough good things about how good our nails looked when they were done, the price and overall experience! 5 stars for sure.

Second visit and even more in love with the service and work quality. Definitely my place to get my nails done from now on.

Nails came out exactly as my daughter had wanted. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere!

Service was nice they were welcoming but my nails ended up nothing like the picture. The art was very messy and just looked not good. They were for my prom so I ended up having to just paint over them. The shape was good it was just the art.
