TOP NAILS

I guess I can't go back here. I needed to fix 1 nail, fill in the rest and I requested black chrome with a gold outline around the nail. I asked if 2 different colors would be charged separately and the lady up front confirmed so I proceeded. When I got to my tech at station 15 she did the test of the stuff and I explained i didn't want them thick with extra coats of polish and she did her thing. Matched sizes on everything and sampled my left pinky with just the base and chrome powder by rubbing it on using her finger. I even looked up different ways to get it on. There was a language barrier and I waved off the chrome because she didn't like how it turned out and then I said no gold. She tried again by using a black gel base and then the chrome powder and I said it was fine because I was

I don’t think the price was right but I enjoyed the experience even though speaking of the customer in general about them being present discussing their hygiene issues and how their products were not sterilized to my view is definitely not worth the price of the visit. I expected to see them improve the quality of life for my friend who was paying for the visit and I think that would make little more sense than the fact that I would have to go back and finish my friends facial hair because she didn’t do it start communicating with them because they don’t like it when they’re not included. I asked for them to soak off my daughters nails and instead they took a tip and ripped all her nails off taking off layers and on two nails even ripping through to her flesh AND they didn’t even get off all of the acrylic. My daughter’s hands are now so tender and burning. So OF COURSE I did not want to pay bc they did not give the service I tried to pay for and they tried to lock me in and called the police. I’m actually still here now with my newborn baby having to inhale the fumes bc they won’t let me leave. The woman in the photo is the one who completed the service terribly.

This place is very lazy and money hungry. Went to take off my nieces practice work yesterday and went to Mrs.Cathy usually she’s really sweet but I guess she was tired didn’t want to do the work and did a poor job this time polish all on my skin, my cuticles sore and cut up poor nail shaping! I went back today day for a color change because she told me the color would be fine over the polygel on my toes and it wasn’t! They tried to charge me an extra $60 to change it on top of the $140 I paid yesterday! wouldn’t listen and didn’t care about how I felt about the service! Boss lady said it didn’t matter how much I paid when I usually tip an extra $20! I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY WITH THEM AGAIN!

I have been coming to Top Nails for years and I have not had a complaint till now. Come on now, I just got my nails done Saturday, so why do they look like this already? I spent over 50$ for this???? Y’all should not charge for gel polish.
