Top Nails

I have had many mani’s and pedi’s here by LIlly and Joey and have always been happy. I had a pedicure done by “Jerry” who while removing my gel polish drilled through my toe nail. The nail did bleed, he did apply some green liquid, but when I asked for something to apply pressure he simply put more green liquid on it and told me to put my foot in the water. This is his craft he should ALWAYS know how deep he is drilling! To add insult to injury, I was told I wouldn’t be charged to remove the gel polish ( I guess not). When I asked if the drill bits were sanitized after each client I was told yes, but watched Jerry (not even sure this is his name) use the drill bit he just caused bleeding on my toe on someone else!!! I am furious and am now concerned about transmission of blood borne pathog

The gel pedicure here is a total game-changer for anyone who wants long-lasting color on their toes. The environment is so soothing and the technicians are incredibly polite and professional. My manicure was also finished to absolute perfection.

I never miss my monthly pedicure at Top Nails. The staff is always friendly and welcoming! My feet and toes look gorgeous after each visit! I very much enjoyed the new renovations. The new massage chairs are heavenly!
