Top Nails

I’ve been to this salon a total of three times. Of the three times two of my experiences where the worst. The first and third time I experienced the tech skipping steps and not using product during the pedicure. They were very rude when I brought it to their attention. Below pic are my toes after the pedicure was complete and they were about to start painting. In the pics below, you can see I still have polish on my toes from a previous pedicure. They failed to buff my toe nails to smooth out the nail base so the new polish would apply smoothly. When I mentioned I wasn’t happy with the service, of course they attempted to make me feel as if I’m the problem. I wouldn’t recommend first timers go to this location.

Ms.Tina is a superior nail technician. She has excellent customer service and listens to your wants/ needs, makes great suggestions and generally wants happy clients. The establishment is updated, clean and has a friendly staff.

Got to say, I'm impressed! My tech clearly knew what she is doing and had me ready to go in less than an hour. The reviews never lie and I'm coming back for the next set!

I had been going to Top Nails for many years. Today was my last manicure! The lady that did my nails was very rude and she kept yanking my hand. She rushed the entire job, was sloppy and she didn’t do what I asked. I showed her the picture on the left and the result was the pictures to the right! You can see how sloppy the polish is as well. Save your money and go somewhere else, as there is a nail shop on every corner.

This is my go to place She does a good job and it stays for a long time I ask for Tina I also like they’re timely I hate making an appointment and waiting Pedicure today for me
