My daughters and I got our nails done here and they did a terrific job. We just wanted something simple: Mani/pedi with gel. They were very professional and considerate.

Staff: very nice Appt: even though I booked at noon, I was waiting for almost 30 minutes. What I asked for: deluxe combo mani and pedi. The lady who was doing my nails was complaining because I wanted thin French tips. I showed her prior. She proceeded to use a brush with remover, and as a consequence removed half of the base. And the rest you can tell in the picture. Very disappointing. (I added the black line where you can see in detail on the base of the nails).

Disappointed. Went in today for just a pedicure. No nail polish. It wasn't crowded at all which was nice. The prices are reasonable. The gentleman that I had did not do that great of a job. As you can see I have leftover nail polish on my baby toe and I assumed he was taking it off. It wasn't until later that I noticed that he didn't even bother. I also noticed that he was just going through the motions when it came to the massage or scrub. It was just so so. I even paid for the extra $8 to remove calluses. For as little time that he spent doing that, it wasn't worth the $8. Considering that they didn't have to put any nail polish whatsoever on my toes, you would have thought that they would put a little extra effort in but that was not the case. I will not be going back.

I came in with my mom and daughter for acrylic fills. We had read the reviews and decided to see for ourselves if the hype was real. It was! Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate were beyond what we expected. My daughter came in with a photo of an intricate nail design, and Tiffany was excited to oblige. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Highly skilled technicians. We will be back. ❤️🥳❤️

This is the best nail spa in SLO 10/10 I recommend. From customer service to the end was really great.
