Top Nails & Spa lake mary

I came here today after having the worst experience at another nail salon (Tipsy Nail in Lake Mary. ) I was honestly so upset with how my nails were done. They where unprofessional and making me pay for the bad job they did But I came to Top Nails and spa at lake Mary From the moment I walked in, they welcomed me, listened carefully to my concerns, and immediately understood the problem. They even pointed out how poorly the previous work had been done. Not only did they fix everything, but they completely transformed my nails. The attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness truly made all the difference. I’m so grateful I found this place — they turned a terrible experience into an amazing one. I will definitely be coming back! 💅✨ This is how amazing job looks!!

I had a great experience today!!!!! I got a collagen pedicure, my nails filled and a brow and lip wax!!!! I am so satisfied with the services and the customer service!!! They also have the best pedicure massage chairs around!!! Check out top nails :) <3

This was my second time coming here and I got a pedicure for Ellen and it was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! She was so attentive to detail and her massage was phenomenal, both the leg and shoulder massage. The owner Justin was very kind, sweet and offers you something to drink while you are getting pampered. I am so happy that I finally found my new place to go to 🥰

I was very happy with the service performed, my pedicure was very relaxing and my nails came out exactly the way I wanted. I was however surprised with a $20 up charge for gel polish on my toes. I didn’t ask for it and was not told prior to checkout. The service however was great, staff friendly and attentive. I like they do a shoulder and hand massage after your nails done.
