I really love coming here, I get waxed next door so I always schedule nail appointment at top nails to kill two birds at once this is either my second or third time here they always greet you nicely and offer you a drink . I never have an issue except my last trip, I was super disappointed ☹️ I showed the nail tech my inspo pic and asked if she’s able to do that, I like to ask because sometimes there might be other techs better at sketching… anyway she proceeded and along the way she gave me her ideas which I could barely understand the communication wasn’t so good //: she said instead of drawing pink cherries she will put a cherry rhinestone I said ok that’s cute … this is the cherry rhinestone she was talking about she just drew the stem on there 😭😭 if a customer says I want to draw pink

I've been coming to see Gin for almost a year now (usually 1-2 times a month, depending on if I want to change the color because they last so long) for my acrylic fill-ins with gel, and he is absolutely amazing. Not only is his work flawless and consistent, but he also genuinely cares about the health of my nails, which is why I keep coming back. My nails always look perfect and last beautifully between visits, and I constantly get compliments thanks to his work. And I can't forget to shout out Chloe-she gives the most amazing pedicures. She's detail-oriented, gentle, and makes the experience so relaxing. My feet always look and feel incredible when I leave. This salon is such a gem, and Gin and Chloe make every appointment something I look forward to. Highly recommend!

Thank you for my nails, they were so nice, has drinks and now it’s pretty pricey but they do good work. I paid 164 for toes and full set. But they are really good ❤️🍾🍾

I’ve been coming to Top Nails for 5 years. I started going during the pandemic and was drawn to the spaciousness, cleanliness and the customer service. I am a natural nail girlie (gel, acrylic overlays, builder gel) and each nail tech I’ve had here makes sure my style is maintained. Nail health is real here and my nails grow here! They know me by name (even when I call to schedule appointments) and always seem happy to be of service to me — hugs and all! Even when I had to stop going for a few months after being laid off, they embraced me like I never left. Recently they extended hours to Sunday, which helps. Love the new renovations, refreshments & welcoming environment. I will continue to come here as long as I can. Go see Tammy, Hannah, Lucky or Joy & tell them I sent you! 💅🏾✨

My nail art looks nothing like the pic on the left other than black polish. They said that they would fix it and they weren’t going to charge me. I got the receipt but wasn’t able to review it until after the fact. They charged me a discounted price instead of not charging me as they volunteered (I didn’t even suggest it!!!!). I tipped even though they did a horrible job on my nails because my toenail polish change was quick and looked good. The lying makes me regret tipping the liars! I’ve been going nearly a decade, this is how they treat their regulars…..Now I wonder what other shady practices they indulge in!
