Had a great service. Jenny made my nails look so pretty!! I’ve been trying to look for a place that does cats eye in flagstaff but haven’t found one and she did it with ease and had multiple magnetic designs!! After my service she gave me a 10% off card and a stamp card. After my 10th nail service I get $30 off and these acrylics were $65

Got a dip fill on Friday 1/16 and less than a week later, they started lifting and chipping. I ending up ripping them all off. I went in again on Friday 1/23 as I was in the area again and had a new dip set put on. Three days later, one nail chipped. Then the next day, my thumb cracked and the gel peeled off. They are all brittle and chipping. I called to let them know and ask for a refund. She told me to come in and she’d fix them. I told her I don’t want them fixed I would like a refund. I explained that I live 1.5 hours away and she just said come in then hung up on me. I called back to say explain, that if they can make note that next time I’m in the area, I’ll come in, but they won’t answer my call.

Wonderful service at Top Nail Salon! I got a pedicure and hot gel on my nails, and they both turned out perfect. The owners were so sweet and really took their time to make sure everything looked great. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Great experience. They were able to get us in without an appointment, had good price options, and everything was clean. I've come here before and keep going back. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a spot in Flagstaff
