TOP NAILS

Staff is nice but they are terrible at doing nails. Two of my fingers and one toe were bleeding. The fingers are cut so deep I was in pain all night. 3 of the nails are crooked. I am never going back there again!!! I spent $125, I still tipped good. Hire better techs!

The worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I don't think this place employs trained and certified nail technicians. The first woman ignored me completely when I asked my nails to not be cut, was rough and rude, and trimmed my nails but not terribly, she completely disregarded my request for square nails and instead my nails were all different shapes and sizes. When they noticed my discontent a second lady volunteered to fix them I once again asked her to not cut them just file them square. After them being filed and painted she took the cuticle trimmers and literally cut two of my toenails until they were basically gone. I come here once a month for pedicures and it’s always a wonderful experience. The ladies do a great job with massage and attention to detail. Everything is clean

I have been coming here for years. My nail tech recently left and friends told me to try other places. I did and yet every time I come back to get them fixed at top nails. My kids love going to Kathy and I will continue going to Kathy as well. She took her time and fixed my nails for me. Everyone is always so kind and knows me and my kids by name.
