I’ve been here once before and the owner did my nails very well. She was super nice and asked me to support this location (she has 3 others but this one is new). This time the experience was a fiasco. It started with me hearing my daughter continuing to ask her technician to please soak her nails before trying to remove them because her own natural nail was getting damaged. The lady kept saying, “it’s fine”, ignoring the request and continuing to pull. I had to intervene and ask the lady to “please stop and properly remove the gel”. Next, my technician cuts my cuticle with the drill, my thumb is bleeding but this lady is super sweet and I can tell she feels bad. I know these things happen, so I said, “no worries, it’s okay”. My wedding nails done Friday, Nov. 15th by Kelly, for Saturday, Nov. 16th. Design similar how I wanted, doesn’t need to be the same look. Design came out perfect and it’s now been two days after a week & nails still look as beautiful then the day I got them done. Kelly truly does an amazing job. Second time being there. Got recommend the first time being there, by a customer from Vons before I got transferred to a Vons closer to home of where I live now.

Very poor quality and terrible customer service. I had my nails done there, and within an hour two of them fell off. When I brought it up, they refused to offer a refund. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Horrible Horrible experience, filed my thumb so much it started bleeding, and now i have a blister on my thumb. Got charged $110 and she had the audacity to ask for tip

I went in for a pedicure and lets just say she didn't know what she was doing. I went in at 11 and left at 12:30, she started off by filing my toe nails with the electric filing machine and it kept slipping off my nails and was cutting my cuticles. She asked me if i wanted her to cut my toe nails i told her no, and next thing i see is her cutting them. My toe nails look like a dog chewed on them. Worse experience ever.
