Top Nails

I just found Nick at Top Nails today. My friend recommended this nail spot to me. Let me tell you Nick is amazing! He took his time and was so meticulous about the job he did on my nails. Then I showed him the design I wanted, matte black with spider webs for spooky season. He did a phenomenal job, all by hand. He is so talented and an amazing nail technician. I'll be going back to him only. Everyone at the shop was really nice and the shop was clean. But, Nick is the best! 🖤

TERRIBLE SERVICE I went to get a gel manicure on my short natural nail, I asked for a design and they charged me $100, the "manicurist" didn't even last 20 minutes performing the "manicure", he didn't cut the cuticle, he didn't clean the nail, he didn't know how to apply the nail polish leaving it with lumps and in the end it was like a dog's vomiting. Another manicurist had to disassemble everything again and start from scratch because it was so horrible; I've been in service for 5 days and the "gel enamel" has already shut up and adding that the attention and attitude of the workers are terrible, it seems that one was going to ask for free. Horrible. If you don't want to waste your time and money, save yourself the time of going to this "nail salon"

I love getting my nails done at Top Nails. The look gorgeous and everyone is so awesome. They have the newest nail trends to offer too. I get acrylics and they stay on forever. The citrus pedicures are heaven.

Will never come back. Three of my fingers are bleeding and they didn’t even have the nail polish go up to the cuticle. There’s a gap of bare nail between the polish and my cuticle, and since I was pressured to get biogel rather than regular gel, it’s now a thicker layer between what is painted and the gap that was not colored. And when she cut me, she complained to me that my skin is too thin. I’m appalled.

This is the worst nail experience ever. Ended up at this place because I happened to be at the plaza. I ignored the bad reviews and walked in. What a mistake! This is $30 manicure looks like. Terribly bumpy cracking nails…They clean around your nail with a dremel (not to take off the product but just to clean around your cuticle), which was very unusual. Your nail is over buffed with dremel that your nails becomes thinner than baking sheets and starts cracking in every corner. It’s so painful and I just wish I hadn’t gotten a mani from here. Take the negative reviews seriously and take your precious nails elsewhere.
