Posted hours says they are open yet when you call the person answering the phone stated he was not working on this particular day eventhough obviously the place is open this was on a sunday I asked could I make an appointment he also said no to that as well parking is horrible will never return

This is a small family owned business that I’ve frequented for years. Steven and Kelly are awesome. They have amazing customer service and treat their patrons like family. The talent Steven and Kelly have exceed excellence. Every time I go they have perfected their craft even more and I always leave satisfied. Steven brings the hottest and newest trends and it’s worth every penny.

I’ve been going to Steven since 2011 and he’s does an amazing job! Just tell him what you want and he’ll execute it! The whole does a great job and has awesome customer service. If you want amazing designs on your nails he’s the best in STL to do them.

I came in to get my nails done after work at 4:15pm and I had previously been here and Stephen did my nails. I came here instead of my regular shop due to its close location to my job. The door was locked and Stephen rudely asked me what do I want? I said to get my nails done and he asks what you want done while still standing in the doorway. I told him a take off and new set he told me they had too many people and was very rude. I have never in my experience of nail shops gotten treated so rudely. I will never go back and I would recommend others to consider a better quality establishment. The interior is cheap and horrible for the prices paid. Probably one of the worst looking nail shops I have ever been to.

Steven and the rest of the staff took excellent care of me. They made sure I was satifisfied and explained the process of powder nails! Excellent service with kind staff who are hip and care about quality. I’d Recommend Top Nail any day! Thank you for your service!
