Top Nail

Rude, inconsiderate and deceiving. We took our friend back since she was dissatisfied with the poor job that was done on her nails. She was told off. So my wife's friend, my wife and me went there since our friend is very anxious since last time she was basically ignored. The owner decided to not deal with it and leave. We were told to come back tomorrow at 9 and the other "owner" basically told us he won't deal with it until tomorrow at 9 am. We will update review afterwards 😊 Would not recommend at all dissatisfied customer over here. First photo is what she expected and the other photos were what the "owner" classified as a "satisfactory" service. Do NOT come here the environment is hostile and no one will acknowledge that the job that was done was not good.

I love this place. The owners are also the nail techs, Lexi and her husband. They're very friendly, and always remember their customers. She always asks me about how things are going and remembers our previous conversations. This is the only place I'll go to get my nails and eyebrows done. Lexi does great work, I've been a client of hers for nearly 14 years now, starting from when they used to be in building across the street.

Not very good at listening to exactly what the customer wants. I also enjoy clean nail lines without nail color on my skin, nails were also bumpy looking. I believe one nail even looked like duck feet. That's a little disappointing considering what we pay for our nails to be done.

Lexi always does an amazing job. Been going here for about 17 years and she never let's me down :)

Walked in for a fill and hombre and they just killed it!! Great job and super fast 25 min and I was done on top of a great price. Will definitely be back.
