My first time here and I love the attention to detail Mike did, I would stop by again for another cut and shave

I am a little surprised to be writing this review. I have coming here for over a year. Olga has been a fantastic barber and I have enjoyed going to her. The store closes at 6PM. I called ahead to see if they would be closing early and was told they would be closing a few minutes early. I told them I would rush over. I left my job early to get there and got to the store at 5:35. to have the door locked in my face. This was such a rude act and what I believe to be unacceptable behavior for people who consistently provide business. I wish Olga the best, but will never step foot into this barber shop again.

I was only there once and I will go back. I had a cut by Ulger. She did a good job, except she didn't shave the back of my neck, which is something all male barbers have always done. Maybe it's because she's a women. But other than that, I have no complaints with the job she did.

Just got yelled at for "talking to loud" by another employee when I was in conversation with my Barber. Rafael has been cutting my hair for almost 2-3 years now keep in mind , this is why you choose a specific barber , nice gym, nice convo, nice cut . Spoke to me as if I was a child, I'm a 30 -year-old man and as a customer, and a human being, I don't deserve to be spoken to like that. Especially when you rudely interrupted a conversation. RAFAEL is great but this gentlemen Boris is RUDE & cuts your hair in 5 minutes . He's in the chair next to me and I've heard numerous complaints from customers over the years . The only reason it gets a 2 star rating is because Rafael is the only one holding the doors open . Going to have to find a new barber shape , such a shame .

They did a great job with my grandson. While he has not learned how easy a haircut can be the stylist did a GREAT job with him.
