This has to be the best barbershop around. My son and I have been going to Top Hat for the past 2yr and we have always had great service from my Barber. The trick to any of the shops is to stick with one and also make an appointment with them a head of time I know at first it's hard to get in and that's at any shop if you just walk in but sometimes the wait is worth it.

Im sure these dudes are good at cutting hair... but I wouldn't know because after two hours of waiting (even after calling ahead) the dude who I was told was gonna cut my son split and the person "in charge" aka first chair was useless. These kats have ZERO customer service skills... NONE. With so many choices in town you'd think these dudes would care for their customers a bit more.. I'd skip this joint and go to a Barbershop that values their customers... and at least have some semblance of what customer service is. (I ended up finding a legit spot that I'd recommend to anyone called SoCal Barbers on A Street) #EndRant

Ive been waiting since 1:30pm today because I had an appointment that the time. It is 2:05pm on a Wednesday and I still haven’t got my haircut. Worst service ever, people after people come in, while I’ve been waiting the longest and they get their haircut and I’m still waiting. Might as well look for another haircut place. This is freaking pathetic.

Called for haircut at 615, they said they closed at 630, even though online it says they close at 7. Maybe they should update their hours, so they dont waste anyones time.
