If you are in the Riverside area and need a GREAT hair salon, go to Top Hair and Nails in the Ralph’s plaza. Ask for Lisa. I have gone to many salons in my life and nobody has made my hair look so amazing! I was on the verge of tears. She put my feet up for me to wash my hair and was very focused and detailed and took her time. And I could not believe how reasonable her prices are. Wash, cut, blow dry, flat iron for $60. I’ve had trims for $70 and my hair did not look this amazing. I tipped her $30 because DAMN. Seriously, go see Lisa! She is a Vietnamese lady and owns the shop. Also, her shop is spotless as and very efficient.
Great prices and great service. Will definitely go back!
Best experience in the IE, nails, hair, waxing.
