I came here in may and it’s taken me forever to write this review. Had an absolute horrible experience. I came in wanted to dye my hair a natural color coming from some purple highlights they had previously done for me . I explained this to them before that my hair is previously colored by them , seeing Gary my usual stylist was not here. They blonde lady assured me everything was going to be okay , and that they needed to bleach my old color out first so I trusted her (1st mistake). After having the bleach on for some time , I was getting concerned cause no one had come to check in on me . When I brought this to their attention they came running over, and assured me everything was fine, but when my friend looked as they were there was major damage. I then asked if I can get rinsed out see

Brought my young daughter for haircut, length only, the lady took 3 min get the job done, length wasn’t right, asked her to do again, took another 1-2 mins. Went home, daughter bent she head, and look at what they did!!! The most horrible hair cut she ever got and I have ever seen. No respect to customer at all! I don’t trust them have the capacity or the heart to fix it, I was so angry with what they have done and went to another hair salon right away, cost 2/3 the price, they took three times the time, and got a normal hair cut. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless you want to be butchered like a pig and pay high price for that! HOME HAIR CUT IS WAY BETTER THAT! One of my stupidest decision to visit their hair shop!

We’ve been going here for years now, but recently the staff has been getting lazier. She spent barely 20 minutes on my friends haircut and it turned out so sloppy. All the sides were uneven, and the haircut looked unfinished. It was nothing like the haircut we had asked for. Do not come here, it’s too expensive for the lousy service we received.

I come all the way from Jersey to do my hair in here. Very comfortable price for a good service. If you go for a short to medium haircut, with shampoo and style you will pay around $20. Longer may be little more. For other services they have convenience prices, but alway close the deal before. The color's experienced person is Gary, he will guide whoever do the color for you. For me to bring a photo it will help me l to explain correctly what I want. They do speak English, however they are going to work in your hair and you want to make sure they get the idea. The shampoo is an amazing experience. They will give you a massage in your head and neck and shoulder, that you will forget that you when to do your hair.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years and have always liked it, so this time I decided to bring my mother-in-law, who hasn’t been to a hair salon in over 10 years. I thought she deserved something nice, so I brought her here and chose the most expensive hair dye option, which was $100, plus $25 for cut and shampoo—totaling $125. I was told that the $100 dye was better than the $80 one, so we chose that. After about 2 hours and 30 minutes, her hair was done. However, shortly after, her ears, the sides of her neck, and her scalp became very itchy. It’s now been 10 days, and her ear is still red and swollen.
