Top Design Nails And Jewelry

I’m making this review on behalf of my mother. ——— I want to publicly report the way some people or business owners attack customers just for standing up for their rights. I went to get my nails done at Top Design Nails and Jewelry, located at 1459 E Luzerne Street in Philadelphia, PA. They did a poor job because it was almost closing time, and two different people worked on my nails, doing whatever they wanted. I called them to complain, because just two days later, the $90 work I paid for was already falling apart. I spent two hours there — first waiting for my turn, and then had to go back the next day for them to fix it, as they asked me to. I spent almost another two hours, and the work still turned out terrible. After five years of going to the same place, I wasn’t given any fair

I got a gel pedicure 4 days ago and it already chipped! But my experience was not the best and it’s not my first time at this place. The nail glue touched my akin several times and burned like hell and developed a blister from the nail glue(will upload picture)! And left with cuts around my nail. It was the most painful manicure I ever had like when I get my nails done I want them to look nice and not hurt like that’s all I ask. After this experience I don’t think I’ll be back because it seems like they always have new people and haven’t seen the original owner in awhile so maybe it’s under new management.

Good service but quality of gel us not good. Just under 1 week and gel mani is peeling. Also they left a burning sensation on my nails with the remover. Poor quality.

this place is awesome and the people are wonderful! the lady who did my nails did a wonderful job! I love my Easter nails! definitely go to this place on Castor&Luzerne 😁💜👍

They did an OK job my only issue for my first time going there is that the nails itself are out of shape but not completely out of shape like one finger can be slimmer than the other but not as much is barely noticeable but you can see it a little bit and it’s not pretty clean like the cuticle part is kind of Messy due to the nail polish only a little bit though, but they do eyebrows amazingly! They know how to do eyebrows very well!. But need to practice On doing nails well, i’m not complaining they did good and their also patient, and super nice!
