Truly a hidden gem. Even though I arrived close to closing time, the staff was incredibly welcoming. Linn was amazing very professional, took her time during the wash with a relaxing massage, and even recommended great hair products without me asking. Such a lovely experience overall.

Chi Mai is a very talented hair stylist. I pleasantly enjoyed the friendly and warm environment she and her team provides. Thank you for taking my appointment in such short notice. I love my short hair! 🥰

I am the one in the pink flower dress. The style I wanted is the one on the right. The vibe and decor of the shop reminded me of my family’s own salons, so I was lenient with whatever the end result was. The end result is my hair being slanted and uneven. I did not realize the horrible haircut in the shop; I only saw what was in the front when I put my hair on my shoulders. After I paid and gave a tip, I asked someone to take a picture of my hair in another store and finally saw it. I do not recommend this salon. I am going to another salon to fix this.

Have been coming to this place for over 20 years! Even though I now live literally across town, I come back here again, and again, and again to get a haircut! These ladies are wonderful! And, gentlemen, do yourself a favor, make sure you ask for a shampoo AFTER the haircut! The shampoo with a light scalp massage is so revitalizing and refreshing - you will not be disappointed!!!

Book Mrs. Mai. She took good care of me. I went to get highlights and a haircut and she did a good job professionally. Very kind too.
