Yesterday my son had a terrible experience that he will surely never forget, Bad communication. Totally unprofessional, it was frustrating for him and me. We will definitely never return to that place again. Zero Recommendation. A Good Barber is Like a doctor, before diagnosing, he must be sure of what his patient tells him in this case the client in accepted terminologies.. It was NOT the case.. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Been coming here for years and most of the barbers do a great job. It is very hard to get noticed if you don’t speak Spanish. You get skipped multiple times by people who can fluently speak Spanish. It’s very frustrating to wait an hour because multiple people skip you and when you try and speak up they say sorry you have to wait. There’s no sign in sheet or anything so they just pretend to not see you sitting there. I tried asking a barber why this is and he said it’s just a mistake but allowed two more go ahead of me and it’s happened 4 times now in the past few months and I’m just over it to be honest. Learn fluent Spanish or find a new barber 🤷🏻‍♂️. Update: After waiting an hour and getting skipped the last barber said he was going home lmao I can’t make this up.

I got thick straight Asian hair and most hair stylist doesn't know how to handle it. A fellow coworker has similar hair characteristics to mine recommended Jan at Too Cool to me. Yes, I can see how it feels kinda awkward for someone doesn't speak fluent Spanish coming here. But thanks to Jan I don't have to drive an hour to Fort Lauderdale for a simple haircut. Few things to be aware of, which can be found from other reviews. First, they only accept cash, though they do have an ATM onsite. Secondly, they place is extremely busy, make sure you get the barber's phone number to scheduled and appointment for your next visit.
