Absolutely unacceptable. The eyebrow technician who worked here for 15 YEARS the only reason many loyal clients kept coming was fired for no real reason. Fifteen years of loyalty, experience, and trust meant nothing to this business. Management replaced her with someone who doesn’t even come close to her skill level. The quality has dropped drastically, and it’s insulting to expect customers not to notice. This place has made it very clear they don’t value long-term employees or loyal clients. If you care about quality and ethics, take your business elsewhere. I know I will.

Bad experience took my daughter to have that experience for once I ask if they can do it and they said yes but it turn out to a disaster as soon as we walked out from that place the gel stared to lift from one of the corners I checked and I noticed gel all over her toes I came back the guy incharged was nice but the girl who did it started talking on her language saying I don’t know what but she seem mad the service it’s not cheap I pay 97 for my pedicure and hers i expected a descent service my baby it’s just 7 she ended up hurt from one of her toes for all the filing …. They repaired it but not worth to come back!!!

Worst place ever! First off got my pedicure and my nail was a bit chipped nothing a clip wouldn’t of even out! Yet instead they put acrylic to my toe nail which gave it a nasty huge look and they didn’t even clean me out! Second of all did acrylic nails the material they used made my nails burn they added alcohol to control the burning sensation it was giving me (Bad news) after that I asked for coffin nails they gave me supper big squared ones! Never again!

Came her forna quick mani and waxing wait was minimal took me to the back for my wax came out and was seated for my mani while sitting there I noticed the clutter. Mid way through the mani a roach walks across the table the nail tech giggled and pushed it away she said something in her language which caused everyone to join. I had no idea what was being said. My nails look horrible

I got my nails done yesterday and this photo was from this morning. The nail polish rubbing off!! I paid $50 for this. The lady doing my nails seemed like she was in a rush and didn’t leave them to dry. The nail polish also seemed very dry. I do not recommend this place at all!! Save your money and go somewhere else!!!
