I asked to get my mohawk trimmed and they messed it up so badly that I had to shave it off. Worst part isn't that it's just 2 straight lines and they couldn't manage it. No, the worst part is that they didn't even tell me they botched it.

You need a barber? You don't want to deal with the complexity of salon/spa/yoga studio/ kombucha baristas, then this the place for you. The staff at Tony's are barbers: full stop. They do exactly what's needed without the extra frivolity. I've been a handful of times and haven't been anything but pleased. They are polite, engaging in conversation, and skilled at their craft. I wished they had an online scheduling system so I could look at my calendar and book an appointment, but that's part of the hometown barbershop charm. I cannot fault them for removing complexity and staying true to form. Keep doing what you are doing and you'll keep the customers rolling in.
