Charlie and Sofia were amazing! We walked in and they got us in right away. Polite and friendly! We asked for the best and we got better than the best! Great customer service, and CLEAN! Brand new tools per person! Will be back! Thanks a million!

Mixed experience here. The girl who did my pedicure took her time, didn’t rush, and overall did a good job on the pedicure itself. However, the polish application on my toes was sloppy — the lines weren’t clean, the edges weren’t crisp, and it just looked unfinished. The manicure was very disappointing. I came in with long natural nails (except for one shorter nail due to a break), and the woman rushed through shaping them without taking the time to make sure they were even or the same shape. I had to ask her to fix them, and she ended up filing some of my nails extremely short. Since they’re my natural nails, there’s no way to add length back. Then when she painted them, she left polish on my skin and didn’t give them a clean finish. She didn’t even ask if I was happy before moving me to

I made an appointment for a pedicure, manicure and eyebrow waxing over 5 days in advance. I had to ask for my French tip to be redone 4 times because the lines weren't even. I was told "my nails are crooked" but it was the white French tip lines I was asking to be fixed. The paint looks lumpy and uneven throughout each nail. The whole process took over 3 hours and I'm still unhappy with my nails. This set was for a special birthday trip and I'm honestly embarrassed to take any photos of these nails while on vacation. The owners have always seemed so nice and I was hesitant to write this but $190 wasted is something to speak up about. (First photo is inspo, the others are my results)

I had a great experience with Amy. She did my fill in and cat eye as seen in my pictures the first is the day of the second is two weeks later! No lifting or chips or breakage, probably one of the best places I have been in a while. Amy was friendly and talkative and didn't make me feel as if I was an inconvenience like some of the other places have here in South Haven. I look forward to going again soon!

Tom and Amy's has been my nail place for years now. I moved away for 7 years and just moved back in the area and went back today for 1st time. And they did not disappoint! I got gel on my toes exactly like I wanted ❤️
