I prefer a massage with a bit more pressure. When the therapist applies deep pressure, they skillfully avoid the bones, focusing instead on kneading the deep layers of tight muscles. They worked out all the lactic acid buildup without causing any discomfort. Afterward, my whole body felt warm and cozy, and my once-stiff muscles had softened. That deeply satisfying sense of relaxation was truly blissful.
