The workers were lovely and took very good care of my boyfriend and I. Started with a hair analysis, which was fun and then came the good stuff-the hair wash and head massage. My person was very thorough and at the same time so gentle with me, she treated me like a baby. Oh and the chair/bed you lie on is a massage dream! Then the treatments and the blow dry was also very nice and cozy! They put the same fluffy blanket that had been draped over me while I was getting my wash and massage back on me when I got to the blow dry chair, it was so comfortable. My person did a great job of treating my hair and blow drying it, I felt very pampered. A friend recommended this shop. I went there with my wife on the weekend and it was a perfect experience. The staff were warm, friendly, meticulous and gentle. The service process was really enjoyable. I felt much more relaxed after the service. The price was also very reasonable. I will come again.

I went in for the 60 min complete headcare package spa and had a wonderful experience. They first started off with a scalp assessment. Afterwards, I was directed to one of their hair washing stations with the massage chairs. The chair was nice but I will say that since my feet were dangling off the chair, my ankles were quite uncomfortable because it felt like the wood backing from the chair was kind of cutting into them. I just kept trying to readjust. Anyway, despite that, the hairwashing itself was wonderful. They were very diligent and took great care with my hair and scalp. I almost felt asleep feeling so relaxed especially with the warm eye covers, the massage, and the herbal shampoos. I also really appreciated the care she took to carefully dry my hair afterwards.
