Toi Spa Nail 136th

I did Builder Gel with a tip (for the first time)on Saturday, by Sunday 8 out of 10 were lifting around the cuticles. I couldn't make it that day to get them fixed. I called and they scheduled me for today, Wednesday. During the time difference, I researched how builder gel is applied/removed/refilled etc... Today's "fix" was treated like an acrylic fill. I expressed possibly starting over and the technician made it seem like that for sure wasnt going to happen nor necessary. I also mentioned I was concerned you would see the harsh line of the previous application, but he said no you can't... sadly I see it on a few. I'm not a confrontational person and both he and the receptionist were amicable, so I felt uncomfortable continuing to express my feelings and just accepted how they deemed

You cannot find a better place to get your nails and toes done. All of the staff here is very skilled and pay attention to detail. The massages are so relaxing. The atmosphere is beautiful. It’s just the best.

Brian at Toi Spa is THE BEST. You'll never be disappointed in his work. Everyone else there is extremely friendly and do a great job. I've had my eyebrows waxed here too and they were knowledgeable, educated me on what was best for me and hygienic.
