She genuinely cares about her customers and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. You can really feel how much pride she takes in running such a friendly and professional salon. Kristy is my favorite nail technician — she’s incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and consistent. My nails always turn out perfect thanks to her skill and care. The sole searching pedicure is hands down the best — it’s so relaxing and always leaves my feet feeling brand new! I’ve been coming to Toi for almost 2 years now. The place is in a convenient location, plenty of parking, peaceful area. They recently remodeled the interior and it looks amazing, modern and updated, but still warm and inviting, not stuffy. The place is super clean. I have never been to a nail salon who maintains such a high standards of cleanliness. From the bathroom, to the sinks, to the pedicure basin, to the tools the staff uses, even their uniforms… extremely clean!! You feel like family every time you go. The reception ladies are lovely, they always remember your name, remember little small details about you and make sure you are taken care of… but then again the staff are all amazing! Maya is my ride or die nail artist!!! She is absolutely wonderful!!
